Daslight meaning

Hi,

Maybe a childish question, but what does the brand "Daslight" mean actually ? Is it the german word "Das" meaning "The", "The Light" ? Something else ?
Just wondering...

Hi PolDavril, no problem regarding the question. The Daslight name came about as originally the company was called Digital Art System, so DAS for short, the LIGHT part of the name was added for obviously reasons. It's not a German word although you're not the first person to think that. Kind regards.
