iclor4 prolem for new user.

Running dvc4, win 10.

I have been given two old icolor4 lamps.
Using ssl jb icolor4 mk 2 mod 1 + 2
I beleive I have put the correct address into the back of the units.

When I power up, lamps light up yellow, with all sliders to zero. Please see attachment as channel 4 is lit up yellow, is this correct? And if so, is there a way of correcting this.

Hey,

There must be something wrong with your fixture profile. Could you please send me the SSL2 files and showfiles ?
Just wrap them up into a .zip archive and send them as an attached file with your next message.

Tried to zip original file but told to large!

Created a new file with just the icolor 4 lights, plus ssl's.

Hey,

I'm not sure I understand your problem here. The SSL file you've used for your showfile have nothing in common with the one you sent here.

Are you using the latest version of Daslight4 ?
Have you tried importing the SSL file you've sent here, and using this profile instead ?
