Good afternoon, I have a Daslight Gold interface 1024 channels, but the problem is that it only detects a single universe, I would like you to help me, I have the latest version of Daslight4 Software and I can only use a single universe, from now Thank you very much, I hope answer...

I would need to have a look at your device's properties to determin the source of your problem. Could you please send me a screenshot of your "preferences" window, on the tab named "Devices" ?
