Hi everybody!
I want to map some faders of our MIDIcon2 to control the functions Dimmer, Shutter and Gobo Rotation of all our movingheads (Showtec Phantom 50 LED Spot) at the same time.
That works very well for the dimmer channels. One midi-fader controlls all dimmer-faders inside daslight between the values 0 - 255. But it doesn't work for Shutter and Gobo Rotation. The midi-fader "lifts" the faders inside Daslight just between the values 0 - 7. To check, if something's wrong with the Midicon, i mapped other faders to these functions, but the same problem appears. Other functions such as Pan/Tilt work fine in turn...
Can you help?
Regards and thanks in advance!

Re: MIDI Problem
Hi PSDJTM,
At first sight, the problem may be due to presets inside the shutter and gobo channels (the presets are defined inside the ssl2 files).
When mapping a channel to a MIDI fader, there is an option that can be selected ("Full Range"), to tell Daslight to ignore the presets and use the full range 0..255 values for that DMX channel.
Hope this helps.

Hi PolDavril!
This option is availible in the beta-version, right? Cause I couldn't find it in the Dec-Version...
But, what's more improtant, it works.
Thank You very much!
