DMX in when using stand alone

Hello everybody,
We are currently using our DVC 3 gold interface in stand alone mode while it is triggered via the dry contact ports. This is all working great. However in the software you can assign channels to be controlled via the dmx in port. Does the interface store these settings in the stand alone memory? For example: I still want to control certain channels via DMX IN while im in stand alone mode.
