This is the scenario for reproduce the problem:

- make new show file
- add to patch 2 moving head (for example Clay Paky Sharpy)
- save the show file
- in Live tab select the 2 Sharpy and move the slider Pan, Tilt, uPan and uTilt(use group windows) to the center (127)
- select only one Sharpy and move the slider Pan, Tilt, uPan and uTilt to the max value (255)
- select again all 2 Sharpy and move the slider Pan or Tilt
----- PROBLEM 1: The slider move but return to zero valuee
- move the uPan and uTilt to any value: now i can move the Pan and Tilt

- go to setup tab and add the Sharpy 1 in folder named Folder 1 and add the Sharpy 2 in folder named Folder 2
- save the show file
- import the show file in DVC4
------- PROBLEM 2: the patch of the Sharpy are not imported

Hey,

PROBLEM 1: The slider move but return to zero valuee
- move the uPan and uTilt to any value: now i can move the Pan and Tilt

A position value is actually just one and the same value. If either Tilt OR uTilt differs from one fixture to the other, the software considers they have different position values all together.

PROBLEM 2: the patch of the Sharpy are not imported

I'm not sure what you mean by "add the Sharpy 1 in folder named Folder 1 and add the Sharpy 2 in folder named Folder 2"...
When importing a show file from DVC3 to Daslight4, some data can be lost due to incompatibility issues between DVC3 and Daslight4.

I'm not very good with English....
Can you test the show file i have attached (so you can see Problem 1)?

Problem 2:
if i patch the two fixture (example Sharpy, but also others) in DVC3 and i import in DVC4: import OK

but, in DVC3, setup, i right click in two fixture (ex Sharpy) and select "'add selected item to a new folder'" and add the two fixture in two different "folder" these two fixture there are not imported in DVC4

so there is not a problem of compatibility for the fixture, but a problem of import procedure in DVC4 when the moving head fixture are in folder

Hello,

To make it simple, I will say this :
Problem 1: normal behaviour.
Problem 2: Daslight4 doesn't understand "folders", so it won't import them.

Sorry about that.

Problem 2: ok, it could be added in a new update....

Problem 1: this is not normal behavior, I attach a video to explain better
