Greetings all,
I have a laptop(s) with Windows XP Service Pack 3 on it but unfortunately I cannot start DVC2 or DVC3 on it.
I get a " winusb.dll " missing error. I have tried reinstalling the application as suggested to no avail.
Does anyone have this file? Where should I place it (What directory) when I find it?
I found instructions for installation but there are many different versions and installation procedure is highly technical, I am hoping just obtaining this file and placing it correctly will allow me to launch the program.
