Hi!
I have a big problem with the GZM i recently bought.

The dmx is dropping out for less then one second all the time, it happens with an intervall of 5sec to 2min.

My moving lights go back to open and back to where the gobo/color they where on. Regular dimmed lights go off and on and the LED's cuts off quickly then back on.
It's the same with all 3 universes.
Even the LED's on the interface shuts off and on at the same time.

I also have a DVC2 gold and it works properly on the same computer and same show at the same time.

I've tried to plug a USB-hub with external power between the computer and the interface but it doesn't help either.

Is this a know issue and is there something I can do, or do I have to send the interface back?

I use Win7 32bit OS.

-Download the latest version of DVC2 and update the firmware which can be found in the tools application available in the software directory and windows start menu

-Connect your interface directly to a USB socket on your computer, open tools.exe, select the "test" tab and move the faders, do you have the same problem?

-Has it always done this?

-Try on a different computer

If none of the above fix the issue, PM me the serial number and I will set up an RMA
