Help Guys!Nothing does work!

I have gold zm, fixture dont respond, stand alone mode also.The firmware is up to date, but in the earliest version everything was good.I have tried to reinstall windows and dvc programm and drivers.I use win 7.What i have to do?Thanks.

-is your interface detected by DVC2?
-you said it worked on an older version, when exactly did it stop working?
-does it work with tools.exe? (this can be found in the Daslight directory)

programm detects interface, i think i had been working before firmware update.Tools exe also detect interface but when i adjus dmx levels the fixtures dont move.
