Controller doesn't start

I have a GZM(ish) controller, and I had it working for long, and now it died one of a sudden.
I can't boot it into normal nor bootloader mode.
As you can see on the attached image, it has power LED lightened and all others just faintly glowing
Checked USB port and chord

Can anybody provide any support on how to fix it?

I have the same issue with my DVC4 GZM.
I would be interested to know if the problem could be solved. Especially how.

I have exactly the same issue... Has anyone been able to sort it out please kindly post the solution. ........ Is it a software or hardware issue thanks.


Was it when you connected the connected the console to the latest software update??
Please if anyone sorted it out send an email to [email protected] thank you

Have the exact same problem. My interface looks just like the one in the first post.
I cannot find the serial number sticker needed to create at ticket..

It was not while updating, I just connected it and it went dead. I presume, something got burned, but I don't have a schematics to probe it and fix it.

BTW, the dead one is still on my desk.

Was it the updated version software version you connected it to... And secondly it's possible it was bought from another supplier not daslight.... I got to realise this when the software crashed the console... Possibly the update manipulated something in the console let's say the setup or the programmed console integrated circuits (ic) too bad I can't create a ticket or rather I don't think I'd get a solution to this cause It wasn't bought from daslight store .... Guess it is what it is.... When I get much funds I will and must get this console cause it's quite a nice innovation cheers... I know it's a software problem it's just rewired programming the console is still good. Nice one from the software devs

Hello,

If you can't find the serial number, just write "111111" as serial in your ticket. The number is useful for our support team, but not yet essential at this point. The important thing here is that you get your problem solved.
