DVC 3 GZM not recognised in Daslight 3

Hi Guys,

I recentely bought a dvc 3 gzm interface.
I downloaded the newest daslight 4 software, but the software won't recognise the interface.
Interface software 1.24

I i check hardware manager I got this problem message:
Error code: XHL-NAP.

The usb-cable works.

Maybe anyone known this problem or known the solution.
