DVC3 GZM with Daslight 4 is lagging

Hello everybody.

I have got an DVC3 GZM (SIUDI7A) Interface with V1.24 Firmware. When changing DMX Values via Daslight 4 Software or Hardware Manager there is a lag of approximately 3 seconds before the lamps react. Changing the DMX timing via hardware manager has no effect on this error.
So what is going wrong here.
