So, news...

You need Firmware 1.24 for your DVC4-GZM and than the app works.

Attention!

With the Firmware 1.24 in DVC4-GZM LightRider works, but the kommunication between DasLight4 and the DVC4-GZM
is broken!
I'm back to 1.23 and now DasLight4 is working again withe the DVC4.GZM

Hi pixeljunky,

If you download and install the latest Daslight 4 Beta (10/04/2017) the DVC4 GZM with Firmware 1.24 will be recognised.

Hi.

That was working but now I can not connect to the DVC4GZM, is there something that changed in the new nightrider app or in the DVC4 firmware ?

Hi Kew,

The latest firmware of the DVC4 GZM is 1.24 and it still should work with Light Rider. Are you using Android or iPad? Are you using the latest version of the app?

Hey,

I'm afraid I don't understand what you're asking. Feel free to write it in your mother tongue (french ?) if you prefer.

Best regards,

Hello,

Yes LightRider should work in its FULL mode when connecting a DVC GZM to it.
You can connect your interface to it over the network (by connecting your interface and your tab to the same network) or plug your interface directly to your tab, using the right adapters. This last option only works if you are using an Android device.

Hope this helps.

Hi all, is it possible to connect wireless the DVC4 (GZM in my case) with the Light Rider app on a tablet? If yes how? Do you need to use a converter (ethernet to XLR) and add a wireless dmx donner, or you connect via ethernet the interface on a wifi router? Or can just add a wireless donner an XLR output?

Hello,

Your GZM should be connected to your router using ethernet cable. The app should be connected to the same network via WIFI.

Hope this helps.
