I have this light project which is 18Mbytes for a night club

Light project was created using DVC2, file will NOT load on DVC3.
dvc.exe will consume up to 1.7GB of RAM and will pop a message that it has ran out of memory.
Eventually DVC3 will start but the show will not be loaded.
The loading time on Virtual Controller 2 is on a new computer 37 seconds
(previous i7 with 6GB RAM needed 94 seconds to load that file,
so the club owner bought a new computer to save that 1 minute)
Computer Specifications are as follow
Intel CPU Core i7-5820K (2011-3,3.30GHz/15Mb)

The show is needed to play continuously for a little more of 5 hours every night.
After the computer upgrade, 4 nights everything was going OK.
Last 3 nights, after 2-3 hours, the USB interface gets lost as if it got disconnected.
Noone pulled it, noone ejected it from the bottom right of the computer desktop.
Firmware on the controller DVC 3 Gold is 1.20.
I had the same problem on another DVC controller (512 DMX) for a second club,don't know exactly specs on it,
and I had to use a REALLY old computer (bought in 2008) to make it work.
How do I fix this? Is it something incompatible for example the USB 3.0 ports?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Changing to USB 2.0 worked for a couple days but last night it happened again.
