Hi everybody,
I am so sorry for my bad English, I beg you pardon.
I ask your help because currently I use 2 USB interfaces / dmx dvc3 gold to manage two universes. I would like to switch to a new interface to use the new software Daslight 4.
My question is: I saw that dvc4 gold or dvc4 GZM can manage more than 1000 channels. Can I control with a single interface two universes?

Hey Ben,

Yes this can be done with DVC4 Gold (2 universe) and DVC4 GZM (3 universe) as they have 2 different DMX outputs.
DVC4 GZM is equiped with a 3-pin and a 5-pin outputs, the last one being able to send DMX over 2 universe.

Just another question: in the dvc 4 gold, I have only 2 xlr 3 pin, one male and one female, may I use both of them as output signal?

Yes, you can. The female XLR can be used as input OR output.
