I have daslight interface DVC2 128 M- SUIDI 6 A . I just did the firmware update because my dmx was freezing. Now the interface does work and the firmware update software says invalid seriel. PLEASE HELP! Thanks

There is a firmware available for the DVC2 128-M. you can download it.
Please before update the firmware, make sure that you have programmed and load several scenes in the stand alone memory.
If the firmware failled and the card do not respond, fill out a RMA form and send back the interface for repair.
