My customer was broke computer.
(Windows Vista 32bit and DVC2 GOLD)

I bought new laptop and DVC4 GOLD.
Now I install DVC2 software but "interface not detected".

Tools.exe can show infomation.
Device Type : SIUDI 8A
Product Code : DVC4 GOLD(0x80000031)
Device Firmware Version : 1.10

but DVC2 software can't detect.
Am I something wrong?

New laptop specs.
Windows10 Home 64bit / Intel Celeron N4100 CPU @1.1GHz / 4GB RAM

I try DVC4 software can detect. no problems.
but my customer want use DVC2 software.

can someone help me?

Hey,

DVC2 won't work with your interface. My advice would be to download DVC3 and/or Dalight4 softwares.
DVC3 is very close to DVC2, so you shouldn't feel lost using it instead of DVC2.

I read this reply. and I thought DVC4 gold can work with dvc2 software.

Sorry, this was badly put. To make it right, I will say it like this:
- DVC GZM is compatible with DVC2 (Windows), DVC3 (Windows) and Daslight4 (Windows + MacOs);
- DVC4 Gold is compatible with DVC3 (Windows) and Daslight4 (Windows + MacOs).

Again, sorry for this. I will update the other post to not show wrong info.
