DVC 2 gold connection problems

In case of connection of the interface to USB port of determination does not occur. To not old time everything worked perfectly.
Having read a forum I found a subject with possible recovery of the viewtopic.php interface? f=1&t=2871.
In case of connection of the specified crossing points the interface starts being determined in USB port. But dumping on factory settings did not help. As interface updating did not help.
The ticket is open in a support service. Please look.
