SIUDI 5A USB device descriptor request failed

Hello. SIUDI 5A ver: 1.31 daslight has ceased to be defined in the Windows, writes an unknown device, on the box indicator 8.8., What can I do? The battery was soldering, it does not help, it is 2.9 c. The yellow power LED and red DMX are on. With the system or what they did not, turned off the computer piece of iron worked, turned on does not work. I connected to different machines the result is the same everywhere.
