Hi,
I have a problem with DVC4 Gold, the time is always wrong (+10mn DAY1, +20mn DAY2, etc...) so I have to set the time every week with the hardware manager.
My Firmware version is 1.10 from 2016-10-11
How can I fix this problem because I need stand alone mode correct with the real time.

Sorry you're experiencing problems with your interface. This might be a problem with the device clock. In what conditions du you use your interface ? Is it close to a heat source ?

Hi, I use the interface in normal condition, in a office : the interface is put on a table wich is plugged in the computer by USB. The computer is under the table. Normal temperature of the room (19-20°C) and no heat source close to the interface.
PS : I set the clock yesterday night (around 10pm) when I wrote this review and this afternoon (2.00pm) : + 9 minutes.

You will need to open a RMA ticket to get your interface repaired.
