DVC3 in daslight 4

Good morning, I'm trying to connect my DVC3 gold to daslight 4 but it does not work for me. Update the firmware to 1.10 to be compatible. When I open the hardwaremanager on the card it puts PC (like when I use earlier versions of the daslight) but it does not respond to any order, can someone guide me? Thank you

Hey Spectrum,
DVC3 Gold won't work with software Daslight 4. To get a Daslight4-compatible interface, you might need to start an interface
upgrade procedure through Daslight's website, from this page :
https://store.daslight.com/fr/upgrade.
You will be asked to return your interface before we can send you a new one, compatible with Daslight 4.
