The problem with connecting USB DVC 4 gold

Post by Алексей »

Hello, I am the owner DVC4 Gold of Russia.
Yesterday there was a problem that my device does not find any computer connected using a USB cable.
Bulbs light up, everything seems working but the green LED blinks every 1-2 seconds ...
And it lights up on the display "EA" Divays inscription.
Already tried a lot of options, reinstalled program DASLIGHT 4 reinstalled drivers who suitable for my Divays and windows operating system, changed the USB cable.
It has another DVC3 device, no problems with it.
Tell me how can I solve this problem without light my job suspension.
Thank you in advance!

It might help to try and write the firmware in bootloader mode. (Instructions below)

To start in bootloader mode, connect the controller whilst bridging the bootloader pins. A ball of foil or wire can be used as a quick way to connect the ports (See attached photo)
1) Power off your interface
2) Create a shortcut on p2-p3-p4-GND ports (See attached image)
3) Power on your interface
4) Start HardwareManager.exe
5) Remove the shortcut
6) Update the firmware

If the above fails, PM me your serial number and we can investigate further for you.

I did everything as you described, burning diodes changes, I go into the program but do not have my device to update or flash ....
Or am I missing something? :|
The serial code is the one that is written on the central chip?
If not, where can I find it?
