URGENT PLEASE!!!

Hi all.

I have a DVC4 gold Interface however i purchased DVC3 Gold.
It has been working fine.

Today my interface is not working. I have updates its firmware etc.
reset my computer changed the wire etc etc.

it is however now connecting to my pc with very dull green light and now its not allowing me to control my lighting any help would be very appreciated as i have a large show tonight

Hi zakatak123,

Please can I check you are using that latest version of DVC3 Beta (see link). If nessasary update the firmware using the latest Hardware Manager included with this software. www.daslight.com/downloads/files/DVC3_setup_beta.exe

If that doesn't help you can try to write the firmware in bootloader mode. (Instructions below)
To start in bootloader mode, connect the controller whilst bridging the bootloader pins. A ball of foil or wire can be used as a quick way to connect the ports (See attached photo)

1) Power off your interface
2) Create a shortcut on p2-p3-p4-GND ports (See attached image)
3) Power on your interface
4) Start HardwareManager.exe
5) Remove the shortcut
6) Update the firmware

If none of the above helps please PM me your serial number and we can investigate further for you.
