I am new to DasLight Software and bought the interface only some months ago. When DVC 2 starts the initial screen says "DVC 3 Gold Interface" but when I call the "Tool"-Utility it always says I have "DVC 2 Gold Interface". The firmware is 1.08. Is that an error/bug or am I doing something wrong? Ah, by the way: The label inside the interface also reads "DVC 3 Gold"... Thanks for your answer(s)...
It's normal for the tools to show up as a DVC2, we are going to get this changed soon.
For DVC3, this is not normal, we cannot reproduce this right now. As long as the interface is working well for you we will just keep a look out for this bug in the future.
