Re: Beta-6 Bugs

9.: When I select multiple lights while holding [Ctrl], they are numbered in ascending order. If I save those fixtures as a group with the small [+] on the left side, the order is not saved. When I recall the group, the ordering seems to be the same as in the patch window.

Re: Arranging lights in a grid

The shape wizard works as intended. I was thinking more of a global grid where single lights snap in when you drag them around. Like on a Windows desktop. You can choose to arrage all icons to an invisible grid (default setting) or deactivate this setting and place them exactly where you put them (t...

Re: Arranging lights in a grid

Okay, when I select the lights one by one in the order I want them, the shape wizard works perfect. When I select them all at once by dragging a rectangle, they are sorted as they were placed in the patch window. So, this topic is more or less solved. Will there be an option for a grid in a future v...

Arranging lights in a grid

I want to arrage 12 single lights in a straight horizontal line, but not in the order as they are patched. If I arrange my lights in a nearly horizontal line with my cusom order (e.g. 1,12,2,11,...), select them all and use the shape wizard then all lights are rearranged in the original order (1,2,3...

Manual trigger of "next step" in a scene

Would it be possible to add one more option to advance one step in a scene? At the moment I can use the wait time in the step-list or use the BPM/Pulse-settings. But it is not possible to advance one step just by clicking, right? And it is not possible to create a button with this functionality in t...

Buttons "Next Scene" ignore fade-out settings

I have four scenes in a group and have them all with a fade-in and a fade-out time setting. As long as I manually click on the next scene in live mode within this group, Daslight 4 performs a crossfade between these two scenes. If I click on one of the "Next Scene" buttons, either in the g...

Lock a fixture in live mode

Hi there, is it possible, or will it be possible, to lock a fixture at any time during a live show? Something like selecting one or more fixtures and "lock" them in the current state. Until they are unlocked, they can't be changed by any scene/step/fader. Only exceptions might be master di...

I checked your suggestion with the DVC3 demo version, as I don't have the interface, yet. LTP works as long as I stay within a scene. But as soon as I start a new scene (wich uses my "LTP fixture"), my manual fader settings are overwritten. Maybe there is another way to reach my goal in Da...

Are you sure, that LTP works? As soon as there is a newer value for the specific faders in one of my cue lists, the manual fader setting will be overwritten. Or does LTP (latest takes priority) not work the way what it literaly means?

Lock a fixture in Live mode

I have multiple RGB fixtures within a show with preprogrammed scenes including all fixtures. Now I want to set in some situations one or two single fixtures to a custom configuration (depending on the stage setting). It should not be changed by any scene after that. If I set the faders to LTP it kee...
