The one that is included with the latest DVC3 or the separate download from our website?

If your fixture profile is not available from our library, log into your store account and select "Fixture library request" from the SSL libraries section and follow the instructions.

A profile will then be created for you.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the software (link below) and that the device has the latest firmware.

The only DVC3 product that will be compatible with DVC4 software will be the DVC3 GZM. Every other device will need to be upgraded, prices to be confirmed.
