Could it be that you have accidentally set values for movement in some of the effect scenes ?

If not, I'd like to take a look at the showfile to see what could be going wrong. You could sent it to me inside a .zip file by attaching it to your next post.

If you wish to change COLOR, PAN/TILT or DIMMER for all your lights at the same time, you can try using the GLOBAL pallette controls.
All other features are really specific to the fixture family.
