create scene 1, and scene 2.
now on the live page right click the scene button. look for a box that says Keyboard shortcut. add a letter from the keyboard to each scene.

now the scenes can be turned on or off together with one button press.

This looks like a dmx fault, and not dvc2. best advice is to firstly click on the general tab in live mode to check if the chanels are on full or not, if they are a "yellow hand" reset restores all chanels to program control and not override. Next if the above is ok, set all fixtures to of...

Master dimmer is not really possible with DVC2, however 2 options. you could link the bcf to all shutter / intensity channels in live mode, but sadly this overrides any programming, and definately does not work with leds, option 2. in your group of scenes. at the end create a single loop scene that ...

There is a way, Start by stopwatching your song. now create your lighting scenes for each part of the song. within the same group create a scene before each created scene/ lighting change. Make this scene a 1 loop scene with a jump to the following scene. once you have done this for all the scenes i...

Groups getting lost

Hi , I have rented a system to a customer, he is having major problems with importing scenes. He has created individual songs in 2 groups each (with internal jump too links between the two) , he imports up to 4 songs, then he looses the top Group.(first song) We have even tried a 2009 version of the...

what Simon means is use the fx generator in the top ribbon ,not the group fx generator.

When you select the group fx you can only use the heads in that group.
when you select the heads in the top ribbon fx generator you can tick each type of head you want.

probably the best method would be to open DVC2 then import all the scenes, remembering tht any jumps or group info will be lost.

Your best bet is to create 2 scenes which loop so time length is not relrvant. Next right click the scenes in live screen mode. Use a shortcut letter from the keyboard to triggver both scenes. Hey presto. You could use the fx generator in the top of page tibbon and select al your fixtures. Now gener...

Sadly I am in the UK at the moment and do not have a copy of the show to hand, however I can tell you that I feel the problem is midi based as I used the BCF2000 extensively to control this paticular show. Each time I turned off the program almost without fail, the midi to scenes as programmed had c...
