Changing fixtures on the patch

Ok I selected (highlighted) 4 mac 250´s then clicked on the delete icon (top right hand corner) then placed some colour washers on the patch. !!!!!WARNING !!!!! The information relating to the macs (only aparently in live mode) is still there.!!!!! (and now virtually unmoveable) I have established t...

Another option is to create a group of multiple scenes instead of cues within a scene and use the og to next icon in the tool bar.

Again I have asked vianney many times if this option could be linked to the cursor keys, but as yet no joy.

So you have to use the mouse, unfortunately.

Just a thought, go into the live screen mode,
open up general tab at the bottom of the screen,
scroll along to the macs, check that the bottom tabs are all green i
e:auto mode. and not red LTP mode.
I have had that problem a few times myself.

Action

Has everyone given up on the forum.?

Is this because we all discuss what we want Daslight to do, ie make essential changes, and nothing happens.????

Perhaps Daslight are preparing like mad for PLASA. hence no changes are being made to DVC2.

I would be careful with led moving heads as reading many reports on the blue room.org forum the biggest complaint about them is the brightness. Still think we are a few years away from that technology. The cheapest Mh I have found with 150 watt discharge is from German wholesaler Conran.de. they do ...

yes only 150 watt units, biggest drawback I have found is the colour wheel is not vector tracking so all colour changes tend to be a bit jerky.

apart from that it has a basic shutter dimmer, rotating gobos. , but this unit is unfortunately now obsolete.

Vianney can you please explain the differences between BPM on step.

as this seems to toggle the scene offie:dmx 0. between steps. (in visualiser mode)

BPM fade.. not sure what part of this is fading.
BPM on scene. this seems to start the scene then run following steps on timer

Spot queen. believe it or not 10 Soundlab Go17S scanners. modified with triacs which run of a pwm feed from a 6 ch dimmer pack. and hacked apart inside to improve air flow. so the lamps last more than 2 nights.!! 16 Showtec par 36 pinspots in the ring. 10...

Hi Andre , I understand your method of programming, unfortunately I need to hand this over to a n LJ at some point so the lighting needs to be all set as designed. SOCD I used yellow scans with a floor to ceiling sweep with dot gobo. Great gig I used a UV wash all heads then added red pars behind th...

Coloured Groups option. moving groups

Hi all, I have tried to get Vianney to include a colour option for groups, as like Andre I do a pink floyd show and have struggled with DVC2 to get it to do all the things I want it to. One of my problems, which I have now overcome was that all Front Of House lights were in a seperate group. (coz th...
