it should be possible to do that...
- select the general button
- select the palette button
- select the fixture (beams)
than you are able to use the dimmer as an general dimmer for all beams, have a look on the picture below.

Ok I understand. It is about the kinematic of MHs, remember the pan and tilt axis are limited. To get a continuous movement the rotate direction has to been changed. For your request you need a MH with unlimited pan axis. If you don´t cross the centerline you will get a circle with conventional MHs ...
