are u sure that you use dmx cable for the signal or just a xlr audio cable. the dmx cable have 100-120 ohm and the audio cable is in 220 ohm. try to check what cable u use.the problem that u have can be from that reason. try also to drive the leds with another console dmx if they work fine with anot...

you do everything fine. i have the same problem also. the only solusion i have found is to open what you want to put in the 3d and dont press open ( ther box down left) just double click it with your mouce and you will be ready. i hope i help

i have found the solusion for the problem and now everything works it was very simple first i put on the interface and from eco mode the 3d is in full mode and change the normal to advanced and everything works fine

hi the solusion is very simpe go to ur hard drive C: find daslight folder open the forder and make a new file with the name gif and if u want video do the same with the name video.after save there the gif files that u have or the videos that u have. i hope that helps i was having the same problem an...
