Actually, my mistake. Matrix effects are applied on the rectangle and all devices placed underneath it. If you want to apply a specific effect on a selection of beams, Pixel effects can do this job better. Well this seems to be a bug. I think you should be able to only generate an effect on the selected fixtures, without affecting other fixtures.

I'll add this to our list of things to fix for next beta version.

Sorry, I don't think we will be able to add group dimmer into Daslight4. We will keep this in mind for future versions, though.
Although, you might find use of our LIVE general dimmer (to the right of your LIVE window in Daslight4).

I'm thinking there must be a problem in the way you created your show. This sounds like either there is a confusion about the way scene release should work, or some channels that should be OFF are ON in some scenes.

Could you send me your showfile so I can take a look at it ?

Hey, The software should work correctly, even without any interface connected to the computer. The crash is linked with the computer's accessibility feature. If you're using any software which you're aware might affect this feature in any way, please try deactivating it and test Daslight again. Hoip...

You might need to activate your midi controller in the preference window, in Daslight4.
