Hello, i have a daslight 3 gold zm interface. Does it not work with the latest daslight 4 software anymore? It used to work but after a reinstall it stays "off" in stead of "pc". In the settings i can see the interface and check "active" and save but it stays offline an...

In daslight 3 you can add more than 1 keyboard trigger to a scene. Is this possible in daslight 4? I also tried assigning keys to a show mode button but that is also not possible? I create multiple shows for numpad key 1,2,3... but some shows use the same color or movement etc.. so I want to assign ...

DVC3 software does not recognize my hardware interface.

I downloaded the tools program and this recognizes my interface.
But the daslight software itself not.

What do I do wrong?

used interface - DVC2 GZM (SIUDI7A)

here you can see the dmx channels are correct, but only the last par shows the color and that is also the color you see in the visualiser (the red bar that should represent the compact light)

Daslight sees the device als a single unit but it are actually four pars on 1 bar

i will let you know when i am back home on a showmaster dmx controller I use them in 6ch mode, but there are also master faders on the controller but they work for all the pars, so that is maybe a general 7th channel or so.. in daslight visualiser i have to set ch6 to a value, only the red channel g...

but it must be possible in 6channel mode also to control the brightness?
