had this experience, too. I downloaded firefox for android. Now it works. There seem to be some display problems with the android main browser

Simon, I'm still having the same issue. running XP. I d/led the latest and still does not detect interface. would it be necessary to completely uninstall first? I will be calling tech support later today. anychance you can walk through it with me when I call?

The only thing I have gotten to work was a computer restore. UNFORTUNATELY! If you restore your computer to a point before you attempted the upgrade it should work. My unit has been working as usual, after I did a restore. Hope it helps, :-\ All I can offer.

It appears to me they have taken down the version with the issue. I have had zero response from support recently. I would attempt to install the older version that is now in the download directory. see if that helps.

Yes, for sure a bad idea in the future. I've never had problems with Daslight before. Thought I'd be safe. lol the tools you sent me does not update the firmware. If it helps at all, after install the device is not detected at all, until you unplug and replug it. it then tries to install new drivers...
