Hello Charly, Fist make sure you use the latest version of the software (5.0.2.1). I guess you are talking about Touch controls, aren't you? If it is the case, yes you can do it. Turn on the Edit Mode (top right corner button),select the controls you want to move and hover the page you want to place...

Hello,
The application saves the last mode (Setup/Control/Touch) you were in before closing and reopens on the same mode.
Therefore if you closed Daslight in touch mode, then it will reopen in touch mode.
