Was it the updated version software version you connected it to... And secondly it's possible it was bought from another supplier not daslight.... I got to realise this when the software crashed the console... Possibly the update manipulated something in the console let's say the setup or the progra...

I have exactly the same issue... Has anyone been able to sort it out please kindly post the solution. ........ Is it a software or hardware issue thanks. Was it when you connected the connected the console to the latest software update?? Please if anyone sorted it out send an email to mikesanderswes...

The console Leds lights are dim and it's not connecting to pc anymore...
Please I really need your help.. it's my source of income...
This happened after I connected the module to the latest pc software... Since then the console has stopped working
