Likely it's a fake device and you will need to purchase from a reputable reseller, I have had this before with a DVC4Gold(Switched to Sunlite BC with Upgrade to Daslight and extra dmx output)

It's not supported out of the box with D4 but I do have this setup with ShowCockpit.

Showcockpit takes in Ableton link then "presses" a midi button I have mapped to the BPM tap option in daslight, this is how I sync effects from things like Serato, VirtualDJ, Ableton Live etc

I also use ShowController/Daslight along with Capture, if you have a compatible daslight interface you can enable art-net output in the software which can then be picked up in Capture
