I had the same problem.
I solved it with a couple of ferrite blocks on the USB cable.

I can't change scene triggering to BPM or Pulse anymore. It is locked to Time. The options are greyed out. Time signature is also greyed out...

I do use those controls but somehow the ratio is constraint (or the scales), So when I alter the height, both width and length change too. Which is not what I want
