This bug keeps killing me. Basically locks up the screen. Have to kill DasLight and reboot. Still not sure of the exact steps to reproduce the bug. The only reproducible is the Mouse gets stuck in the fixture selection window in the same location every time.

Second. Need to edit some SSL Files and the editor for the ScanLibrary Editor not launching.

This happened to me the other day. I tried to unplug my mouse, replace the mouse, etc thinking I had a hardware issue. Relief to hear that it could be a software issue that can be fixed. I thought I was going crazy.

My suggestion would be to patch a generic 4-6 channel fixture (light, moving head, anything) to the fixtures corresponding address, and then control the fixture in Daslight using the faders. Once you figure out the mapping of the channels you could find a more appropriate fixture to patch or create ...

If your Fog/Smoke Machine is DMX capable, then it will work just like any other DMX fixture. Do you have Daslight working with your lights? What is the Make/Model of the Fog Machine you are using? I might suggest you read up on DMX and understand how it works and it should be pretty straight forward...

This is very confusing not having the ability to change the Group Header colors. The way I've had to get around this is keep creating new groups until the color shows up that I want. Weird.

I have the same problem using version from June 18, 2021. Any time a new light is detected and added to the "patch" on Easy View 2, all lights are repositioned into a straight line. Very frustrating. Lots of lost work.

when you say it detects it...does it detect the MIDI commands? Using the MIDI watcher (that's built-in) do you see values changing when you interact with the board?
