Hi smile, The device which disconnected hast shown "01" in the display and the green light blinks slowly but brighter. Disconnecting from USB and reconnect makes it work again in Daslight 4, and the display switchts from "01" to "PC". Same symptoms here with DVC4 Gold b...

Dear Support,

some PC guy recommended to try to use either
- an external power supply or
- an USB Hub with dedicated power supply or
- an Y-Cable which is usually used if one USB port doesn't provided sufficient V/mA

Which option would be possible or recommended for DVC4 Gold ?
