Again, Just to tell that the name ( network name ) of the device has no incidence on the problem of unknown product I have, since, using DVC2 and Tool.exe I was able to restore the initial name for the gmz controler I have. I have also tested the standalone Hardware Manager from the website ( released 12/2018 ) and have the same issues.

Hi I initially experienced problems with my device ( Daslight Gold ) initially, with firmware 1.24 on a Mac.
