Daslight and Light Par Led 36 problem - doesn't glow

Hallo, I've bought no-name Light Par Led 36, 72w from eBay. it is connected to my PC through cameo DVC4 and Daslight. For that I've used 7 channel SSL2 file from library (par36 led.3), it seem to be right file. Also there's manual for DMX for this can (picture attached). Seem to be easy. But it does...
