Charges for new Profiles

I understand Daslight has to turn a profit etc but the high charges for urgent fixture profiles are ridiculous! Having recently started using Chamsys due to a macbook pro purchase it now appears that Daslight is loosing its way... first the hardware (SIUDI 5A) has been rendered obsolete and now high...

Fixture Grouping

Just a quick one - I have been working with DVC2 (win XP machine). When patching the fixtures it puts each one in its own group, as a result the FX/Scene generator will not include multiple fixtures. The fixtures on this occasion are ADJ Vizi Spot 5R's and Elation Vizi Beam 5R's.

Just a quick update on this... the problem only seems to affect the Mac250's and Mac300's :shock: they are moving, changing colour & gobo etc but not opening the shutters in live mode - any ideas??

I had a very similar problem yesterday... live mode stops working and during live mode four of my movers would pan/tilt but stayed on blackout yet if I used the editor mode all worked fine?

Have you got the correct lamps fitted? And are the bases adjusted correctly?
