Strangly enough, after removing Daslight from PC, and installing same version again, now 3D visualiser works

I tried very same thing with Mac (same version of Dashligth), and 3D viewer works correctly

I have added fixtures to my patch, and when I open 3D simulator, there is nothing there. What could be the problem and how do I get my fixtures visible in 3D library?
I have latest Daslight 4 downloaded on 16.06.2017

I try to request new fixture, but the button "New fixture request" is dimmed even if I am logged in. What could be the problem?
