To clarify, you are saying that the port works fine in tools but not in the software? Is the problem both in live and stand alone?

You can only have a maximum of 1 DMX input, however you can choose between any of the 3 connections on the GZM. Use the interface settings window to choose the input connection

Don't worry about the port state. These refer to the dry contact port triggers on the HE10 connector of your interface.

The test tab of the tools software allows you to change each DMX channel. Set these to a value and leave them for a few hours to see if you have the same problem or not.

We had to make a lot of changes to the EasyRemote app to fix the bugs. Unfortunately this broke some of the compatibility from the January version.
