The UDP commands are only handled by the DVC Gold in Stand Alone mode.

The licence is attached to your DMX interface only. Nothing's attached to your computer, or counting how many computers you're using with the interface. So you may use your DMX interface with as many computers as you like, as long as they are compatible with our software.

- In LIVE mode, every universe output corresponds to 512 channels.
- In StandAlone mode, every DIFFERENT universe corresponds to 512 channels.

The device always starts in StandAlone mode. You can then open it with a software, immediately putting it in LIVE mode.

Which version of Daslight4 are you using ?
It works just fine when I try to open it.
Maybe you're trying to open the wrong project. Have you tried opening the file via a drag-drop onto the Daslight4 window ?

Which software and which interface model are you using ? Could it be that your issue is just with a general dimmer pushed down to 0 ?
