Hi Richard, As TomHat mentioned before if you have a big showfile then the software can be quite resource consuming. If the software is processing a heavy request then it could show "Daslight is not responding" and then it work okay again once processed. I notice from your previous message...

Hi Sönke, just tested this and get a slight delay and then the fader works. Is this the same for you? It's not too much of a problem as it seems to work okay after a few seconds. However I have made a report to see if the developers can optimise is slightly. Thanks for the feedback. Kind regards

Okay no problem I understand that you can't give specifics. Also know that random crashes are frustrating. I will pass the details onto the developers and we will look into optimising the way Daslight 4 / Effects generator works of the next few months. Thanks for the feedback.

That's strange just tested installing here and don't have the same problem. Are you able to download again and make a fresh install to see if that solves the problem? Kind regards

Hi Ralf, just been checking this and can't reproduce unfortunately. You mean File > Save As > Re-name something different than saved then the problem happens? What version date of the software are you using? Does it happen with every show or with a specific showfile? Kind regards
